Wednesday was Ricko's quiz for all the explorer units in the District. I was in Manchester all day so met the rest of Yeti there. Took Lucy her wide-brimmed hat ready for her travels in Africa and then formed a crack quiz team of Myself, Carrington, Lucy, Bob, Jenny, Olivia, Katie x2 and Matthew. Did pretty well in most of the rounds, ended up coming a close second to the leader team... and it has to be said their collective age was far more than ours!

Went for a 'quick' session in the Ship afterwars with Bob, Jenny, Carrington, Lucy and Katie. Met Jenny's dad which was an interesting experience! Then left left, slightely worst for wear after several rounds of Sambucca with Lucy for Arriba in Ormskirk. Went in the car with Bob and continually confused katie behind us with indicating randomly! Went in, quickly sunk drinks and hit the dance-floor. Good few hours of dancing before eventually getting home rorund 1am. Needless to say I believe my maths lesson the next morning may of suffered...
